A visual exploration of fire dancing, light, and AI-generated imagery
Fire has always been one of the most hypnotic elements in performance.
It moves unpredictably.
It reflects on skin.
It transforms the atmosphere around it.
In this series I explore the visual language of fire dancing — not only as a Polynesian performance tradition, but as a visual concept reimagined through AI.
Using MidJourney, I experimented with light, texture, and movement to capture the tension between heat, glow, skin, and motion.
The result is Flame Studies.
